IrisBG’s client base is rapidly growing, and we are expanding our team!

We are looking for a technical assistant to join our team who will support the operation of IrisBG. The technical assistant will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting their technical issues.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

This position is remote, contract based and part-time with the potential for full-time.


  • Detect and troubleshoot technical issues related to software setup and network communication.
  • Communicate with our customers and their IT personnel.
  • Assist customers with integration to external software such as MS Office.
  • Document and report solutions that could improve the IrisBG software and operation.


  • Experience with computer and network configuration and maintenance.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, MS Azure, IIS and Plesk, ASP.NET and Web Services.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt to various software and technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Fluent proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with IrisBG is a merit.
