It appears that the Android upgrade also changed your Device Identity which is causing problems when you are trying to login (an unexpected behavior). If you already have upgraded to Android version 9 and are having difficulties loggin in, please uninstall and reinstall the App and activate. Remove the old device activation in the App Manager. Sorry for any inconvenience.
For users who have yet to upgrade to Android version 9. Please wait until we have a new update of the App available which will prevent the change of device identity causing this issue.
