Is there an easy way to “save” all of the images that are contained in Iris that have not already been saved? In our case, we have many images of Acers that already exist in their respective accessions/image tabs, but they only appear on a report if each image number (item) has been saved. I’m wondering whether there is a way to search for, find, and save those images in a bulk action?

When you say save, do you mean export to a folder? If that is the case, the “accession images” report or the “taxa images” report will produce a zip file with the images. There is an assosiated text file _content.txt
You can perform a bulk update of existing images via the data import, but I am not sure if that is what you are looking for.
If an image is already “contained” in iris, it is tecnically already saved. If I have misunderstood the issue, could you please explain a bit further?
The problem I am having is that when I run a report to show all (Acer) accessions that have images associated with them in Iris, I am sure that the report is not showing all of the Acer accessions that do have photographs in their records. However, when I go back to those records in Iris, and I look at the “Item” cell (under the “Rank” cell) and I select that particular image number, and then hit “Save”, that record then shows up in the next report that I run, specifically looking for accessions with images. Does that make sense?
